What is Microsoft 365 Administration?

Microsoft 365 is the productivity and identity backbone of most modern organisations, and the people who run it are in constant demand. This programme takes you from creating a tenant to running it day to day: users, groups and licences, Exchange Online mail flow, Teams and SharePoint governance, and the security and compliance layers that protect data.
Every module is taught in a live tenant. You configure Conditional Access, multi-factor authentication, Defender policies and Purview retention yourself, then troubleshoot the kind of tickets a Microsoft 365 administrator sees in a real helpdesk queue. The course is aligned to the skills measured in the MS-102 exam: tenant deployment, identity and access, threat protection and compliance.
