1. Information we collect
- Account and contact details: name, email address, phone number, and the password you set (stored only in hashed form).
- Enquiries: what you tell us through the contact and corporate training forms, and your messages to us by email or WhatsApp.
- Enrollment and billing: the batches you enroll in, invoices, quotations, payment status, payment references and any proof of payment you upload.
- Learning records: attendance, lesson progress, lab and project submissions, quiz and exam answers, scores and results.
- Exam integrity data: events recorded during proctored assessments, such as time spent on the exam page, tab or window switches and connection interruptions.
- Credentials: certificates and digital badges issued to you, and the number of times they are viewed or shared.
- Career profile (optional): headline, location, biography, CV file, links, skills and job applications.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and basic request logs, used for security, abuse prevention and to keep you signed in.
2. How we use your information
- to answer enquiries, enroll you in batches and provide invoices, receipts and quotations;
- to deliver classes and the learning platform, record attendance and assess your work;
- to run exams fairly, detect misconduct and review flagged attempts;
- to issue, display and verify certificates and badges;
- to send service messages such as class schedules, payment reminders, exam results and security notices;
- to operate the career portal when you choose to use it;
- to secure the platform, prevent fraud and meet legal and accounting obligations;
- to improve our courses and services using aggregated or de-identified information.
We rely on the performance of our agreement with you, our legitimate interests in running a safe and effective academy, your consent where we ask for it, and legal obligations.
3. Public credential verification
Credentials are designed to be verifiable. A public verification page shows limited information: the holder's name, the achievement, the issue date, the identifier and the current status. Badge holders can control whether an individual badge page is public or private from their account. Your exam answers, scores and private learning evidence are not shown on verification pages.
4. Sharing with employers
We share your profile, CV, credentials or exam results with an employer only when you apply for that employer's job, or when you turn on visibility for employers in your account. You can withdraw that visibility at any time; information an employer has already received under an application may remain with that employer.
7. How long we keep information
We keep enrollment, billing and credential records for as long as needed to provide verification and to meet accounting and legal requirements. Enquiries are kept while we are following up and for a reasonable period afterwards. Exam integrity events are kept with the attempt record. When information is no longer needed we delete or anonymise it.
8. Security
We use access controls, hashed passwords, encrypted connections and role-based permissions. Uploaded documents such as payment proofs and CVs are stored privately and are only available to authorised staff and, for CVs, to employers you share them with. No online service is completely secure, so please choose a strong, unique password.
9. Your choices and rights
You can view and update most of your details in your account. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, to restrict or object to certain uses, or to withdraw consent you have given. Some records, such as invoices and credentials that others may need to verify, may need to be kept or shown as revoked rather than deleted.

10. Learners under 18
Our courses are intended for adults. If you are under 18, please enroll only with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services change. The "Last updated" date shows the current version.
