1. Our services
INFOTICS provides instructor-led IT training (live online and on campus), recorded lessons and materials, hands-on labs, online assessments, digital badges and certificates, a career portal, and corporate training.
Course descriptions, dates, schedules, trainers and fees are published on the website and may change. The details confirmed in your invoice or quotation apply to your enrollment.
2. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information when you register and keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. Accounts are personal and must not be shared.
Tell us immediately at info@infotics.edu.pk if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend an account that appears to be compromised or that breaches these terms.
3. Enrollment, fees and instalments
Enrolling in a batch reserves a seat and generates an invoice, which we email to you. Fees are quoted in Pakistani rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.
Your enrollment is activated, and access to live classes and the learning platform begins, once at least 50% of the net fee has been paid and confirmed. The balance is payable in instalments as shown on your invoice. Unpaid balances may lead to access being paused until payment is received.
Accepted payment methods and account details are shown on your invoice. Receipts are issued as PDF documents once a payment is confirmed. Seats are limited and are allocated to confirmed enrollments in order of activation.
Refunds, batch transfers and deferrals are governed by our Refund and Transfer Policy.
4. Attendance and course completion
Attendance is recorded for every live session. To receive a course-completion certificate you must attend at least 75% of the scheduled sessions of your batch and meet any other completion criteria listed for the course.
Recorded lessons are provided to help you revise or catch up; they do not replace the attendance requirement unless your trainer or the academy confirms otherwise in writing.
5. Exams and academic integrity
Online assessments on our platform are timed, may use randomised questions and options, and may be proctored. The platform records events such as leaving the exam window, switching tabs or losing focus, and these events form part of your attempt record.
Each exam sets its own pass mark, time limit, attempt limit and cooldown between attempts; these are shown on the exam page. Attempts that exceed the allowed violation limit, or that show evidence of cheating, impersonation or use of unauthorised help, may be voided.
You must not copy, record, share or publish exam questions or answers. Breaches may result in voided attempts, revoked credentials and suspension of your account.
6. Certificates and digital badges
On meeting the stated criteria, INFOTICS may issue a certificate or digital badge. Each has a unique identifier and a public verification page showing the holder, achievement, issue date and current status.
INFOTICS credentials confirm that you completed INFOTICS training or passed an INFOTICS assessment. They are not certifications awarded by Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, Red Hat, AWS, ISACA, PeopleCert/Axelos or any other vendor. Vendor exams are taken separately with the relevant vendor or its authorised test provider.
We may revoke or correct a credential if it was issued in error, obtained through misconduct or misrepresentation, or its criteria were not actually met. A revoked credential will show as revoked on its verification page. Credentials may carry an expiry date where stated.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- attempt to bypass access controls, share your login, or access another person's account or data;
- interfere with the website, learning platform, labs or exam system, or attempt to overload or probe them;
- record, redistribute, resell or publish live classes, recordings, slides, labs or exam content;
- upload unlawful, misleading, infringing or malicious material, or submit fraudulent lab or project evidence;
- harass other learners, trainers or staff, or misuse the career portal or contact forms.
8. Course materials and intellectual property
All course content, slides, recordings, labs, question banks, badge artwork and platform software are owned by INFOTICS or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own learning while your enrollment is active.
You keep ownership of work you create and submit, and you allow INFOTICS to use it as needed to assess your work and, if you choose to make it public, to display it on your portfolio.
9. Career portal and employers
The career portal lets learners find and apply for roles and lets approved employers post jobs and review applicants. Employers can only see the profile information and credentials you choose to share, or that you submit with an application.
INFOTICS does not guarantee employment, a particular salary, or a job interview. Job postings are provided by third-party employers, and any employment relationship is solely between you and the employer.
10. Third-party names and trademarks
Product and vendor names mentioned on this website are trademarks of their respective owners. INFOTICS is an independent training provider; naming a vendor or exam means that a course prepares you for that exam and does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
We provide training and the website with reasonable skill and care, but we do not guarantee that you will pass any exam, earn any vendor certification or achieve any career outcome. Outcomes depend on your effort, background and external factors.
To the extent permitted by law, INFOTICS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to a course is limited to the fees you paid for that course.
12. Changes to courses and to these terms
We may reschedule, merge or cancel a batch, or change a trainer, platform or delivery mode where necessary; if we cancel a batch you may choose a transfer or a refund under the Refund and Transfer Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the website or your enrollment after a change means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Courts in Karachi have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
