What is Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)?

Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) is an associate-level, 3 months instructor-led course that prepares you for the 200-301 exam at INFOTICS Academy in Karachi. Delivery: Live online / on-site (Karachi). The course fee is PKR 48,000. Register your interest and we will tell you when the next batch opens.

CCNA is the most widely recognised entry point to a networking career. It proves that you understand how networks actually work: how frames and packets move, how switches and routers make decisions, how addresses are planned, how services such as DHCP and NAT operate, and how to secure and automate a network.

The programme follows the CCNA 200-301 blueprint: network fundamentals, network access, IP connectivity, IP services, security fundamentals, and automation and programmability. Almost every session is a configuration lab on Cisco IOS in a network simulator, backed by structured troubleshooting practice.

Updated outline: Cisco refreshed the CCNA 200-301 blueprint on 3 February 2026. The exam code is unchanged; the new outline adds AI and machine-learning concepts in network operations and expands automation. This course follows the 2026 blueprint.

What will you learn?

  • Explain the OSI and TCP/IP models and the role of network devices and cabling
  • Plan IPv4 and IPv6 addressing and subnet networks with VLSM
  • Configure VLANs, trunks, EtherChannel, STP and inter-VLAN routing
  • Configure static routing and OSPFv2 and understand routing decisions
  • Implement DHCP, NAT, NTP, DNS, SNMP and syslog services
  • Apply device hardening, ACLs, port security and understand wireless and automation concepts (REST APIs, JSON, controller-based networking)

Who is this course for?

Designed for

Students, fresh graduates, helpdesk and support engineers, and anyone starting a networking or infrastructure career.

Prerequisites
