        <li><b>Seat held.</b> The enrollment is <i>pending · awaiting fee</i>. The learner gets an acknowledgement and admissions is alerted.</li>
        <li><b>You set the fee here.</b> Choose an invoice, a plan, sponsored or waived.</li>
        <li><b>Normal money flow.</b> The invoice, online payment, receipt, balance and statement all show the agreed amount, but only to this learner.</li>
        <li><b>Access.</b> The enrollment activates automatically once {{ (int) config('infotics.billing.activation_min_percent', 50) }}% is paid, or straight away when sponsored or waived.</li>
